You\u2019ll be joining a team that works on real-world projects, from the design office all the way to the shipyard. This is a full-time, permanent position (40 hours\/week) with flexible scheduling, group insurance, and a retirement plan. <\/p>\n

Flexible work location: we’ll determine it together based on the role, projects, and your profile. Navanex operates from multiple locations. <\/p>\n

Note: Occasional on-site presence (shipyard) is required, depending on project needs.<\/p>\n

If You Come from Mechanical Drafting, You\u2019re in the Right Place!<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

You don\u2019t need prior experience in naval architecture to apply. If you have a strong foundation in 3D modelling, drafting, assemblies, and producing clear technical documentation, that\u2019s exactly the skill set we\u2019re looking for. On a personal note, we\u2019re seeking someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, curious, comfortable asking questions, and able to work well as part of a team. As for the maritime world, we can introduce you to it. If you have the fundamentals and the right attitude, we\u2019ll guide you through the rest. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
