If You Like Seeing Your Work Come to Life in the Field… You’re in the Right Place
Here, your drawings don’t sit in a folder—they go into production at the shipyard. The role covers multiple aspects of a vessel: 3D modeling, system integration, technical documentation, and client support throughout construction.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys understanding the why behind design decisions and can translate that understanding into clear, practical deliverables.
On the soft-skills side, we value someone reliable, detail-oriented, curious, comfortable asking questions, and able to work well as part of a team. We’ll walk you through the specific project context—if you have a solid foundation and the right mindset, we’ll help you grow from there.
The Navanex Work Environment
We’re a small, close-knit team. We work hard, but you’re never left on your own.
Things move quickly here: projects advance, priorities evolve, and we adapt together when needed.
We aim for strong performance—the kind where you feel challenged, supported, and can genuinely see projects moving forward.
We help each other out, keep things straightforward, and take pride in delivering solid, high-quality results.
