If ShipConstructor Is Your Playground, You’re in the Right Place!
You have training as a naval architecture technologist, but your experience may come from a shipyard, a design office, a subcontractor, or another environment outside a “traditional engineering firm.” That experience transfers very well here. If you master ShipConstructor and can deliver clear, production-ready outputs, we want to talk to you.
The Navanex Work Environment
We’re a small, close-knit team. We work hard, but you’re never left on your own.
Things move quickly here: projects advance, priorities shift, and we adapt together when needed.
We aim for strong performance—the kind where you feel challenged, supported, and can genuinely see projects move forward.
We help each other out, keep things straightforward, and take pride in delivering solid results.

What Does the Hiring Process Look Like?
- Send us your resume (portfolio optional). A cover letter is optional—brief notes in your resume are sufficient if you wish.
- A 15–20 minute introductory call to get to know each other, align expectations, and answer your questions.
- Main interview: a practical, technical discussion about how you work, supported by concrete examples (drawings, models, projects), way of working + examples (plans, models, projects).
Even if your background isn’t conventional, apply anyway. The first call is about exploring whether there’s a good mutual fit.
