If You Come from Mechanical Drafting, You’re in the Right Place!
You don’t need prior experience in naval architecture to apply. If you have a strong foundation in 3D modelling, drafting, assemblies, and producing clear technical documentation, that’s exactly the skill set we’re looking for. On a personal note, we’re seeking someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, curious, comfortable asking questions, and able to work well as part of a team. As for the maritime world, we can introduce you to it. If you have the fundamentals and the right attitude, we’ll guide you through the rest.
The Navanex Work Environment
We’re a small, close-knit team. We work hard, but you’re never left on your own.
Things move quickly here: projects advance, priorities evolve, and we adapt together when needed.
We aim for strong performance—the kind where you feel challenged, supported, and can genuinely see projects moving forward.
We help each other out, keep things straightforward, and take pride in delivering solid, high-quality results.
